💡 Set the hysteresis (differential) to 1–2°C to prevent relay chattering when temperature hovers near the set-point. For heating applications, the relay energises when temperature drops below (set-point − hysteresis) and de-energises when it reaches the set-point. Wire the heater through the relay NO contacts.
