DC-DC 8-32 To 9-46V 15A Boost Converter

Price

R245,00

Need to boost your voltage? This 150 W non-isolated boost converter steps up any input between 8 V and 32 V to an adjustable output of 9 V to 46 V — at up to 15 A peak current. Whether you're generating higher voltages for motors, charging 24 V batteries from a 12 V source, or powering high-voltage sensors, this module delivers the headroom serious projects require with stable, high-efficiency regulation.

🔹 Key Applications

  • Boosting 12 V vehicle power to 24 V for industrial equipment
  • Charging 24 V or 36 V battery packs from lower-voltage solar panels
  • Powering high-voltage servo drives from a 12 V supply
  • Generating 19 V laptop charging voltage from 12 V vehicle systems
  • LED matrix power supply boost regulation
  • Boosting 5 V USB power for higher-voltage microcontroller peripherals

🔹 Why Choose This Module?

  • 150 W continuous power — handles serious step-up applications
  • 15 A peak input current — designed for high-demand power systems
  • Wide boost range — 8–32 V input to 9–46 V output
  • Non-isolated design — compact and efficient for enclosed applications
  • Low quiescent current — minimal standby power consumption

🔹 Technical Specifications

  • Topology: Non-isolated boost (BOOST)
  • Input Voltage: 8 V – 32 V DC
  • Input Current: 16 A max (add heatsink above 8 A)
  • Output Voltage: 9 V – 46 V DC (continuously adjustable)
  • Output Current: 8 A max (add heatsink above 4 A)

🔹 What's Included

1 × 150 W DC-DC Boost Converter Module

🔹 Pro Tip

💡 When operating above 4 A output, always attach an aluminium heatsink or fan-cooled enclosure. To charge 24 V battery banks from a 12 V vehicle supply, set the output to 27.6 V (typical absorption voltage for a 24 V SLA battery). Never exceed the rated input voltage.

⚠️ Note: Always ensure proper heat dissipation and correct voltage configuration before powering connected devices.
